5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on bk33 can receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit would earn a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200, and to withdraw the bonus funds a wager of ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 must be placed.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Each bonus comes with wagering requirements. For the welcome bonus, winnings from the bonus cannot be withdrawn unless the bonus amount has been wagered 20 times. The wagering requirement must be met within a set period after the bonus is credited to the account.

5.3 Bonus Usage Restrictions

Bonuses may only be used for betting and cannot be withdrawn directly. Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time. If bk33 determines that any bonus has been misused, it will be cancelled immediately.

5.4 VIP Cashback Programme

bk33's VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze (up to 0.4% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.8%), Gold (up to 1.1%) and Platinum (up to 1.5%). Cashback is applied at the set rate on total net losses for the week. For example, a Gold member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 would receive a maximum cashback of ৳220.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Rules

All bets on bk33 must be placed in accordance with the rules set out through the platform. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. If incorrect odds are displayed on any bet due to a technical error, bk33 reserves the right to void that bet.

6.2 Game Results

For sports betting, the official result of a match or event is considered final. During live betting, betting is paused during any break or if an event is suspended. If an event is cancelled entirely, the bet amount will be refunded.

6.3 Casino Game Rules

Each casino game has its own applicable rules. Both auto-bet and manual bet are accepted in slot games. In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final. In the event of any technical disruption, the data stored on the server will be taken as authoritative.

Prohibited Activities

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

8.3 Inactive Accounts

For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, bk33 will send a notice to the relevant member. If no activity takes place within the specified time after the notice, the account may be marked as inactive.
